Submit the forms at the school reception along with the following:

• 4 latest passport size photographs with white background
• Parental Agreement Form
• Financial Contract Form
• Medical Form
• Copy of Birth Certificate
• Copy of Aadhar Card or any other ID and Address proof
• Copy of last Report Card (From Std. I onwards)
• School Leaving Certificate (From Std. I onwards)

Note:

• Incomplete, unsigned or misinformation-containing forms will not be accepted.
• Separate form is required for each student.
• Registration of a child does not guarantee his/her admission.
